Note: the pictures suck, this was taken late at night, and until summer shows it's face it is difficult to take dinner pictures, so bare with me, until the summer comes and I make this recipe with nice light!
As mentioned on my banana biscotti post, I absolutely love Annie's blog and am a huge fan. If the biscotti didn't win you over, this shrimp fried rice recipe sure will. Shrimp fried rice is something that I have been making, adapting, trying over and over again for about two years now. Ever since I started to cook, this is one of my go to recipes when I'm too lazy to make something nice and just want a quick but amazing meal. I had tried a lot of shrimp fried rice recipes before, had even made some myself, but none of them came even remotely close to awesome-ness (yes I know it's not a word, but in this case it really should be) than this recipe. The first time I made it, I thought I was in heaven. It was better than even getting it a Chinese restaurant. I can't tell you since I found this recipe how many times I have made it. I really do love it, and hope that if you're as big of a fan of shrimp fried rice as I am you will try this for yourself as well!
