This is BY far one of the GREATEST salads I have ever tasted. From the sweet and soft sweet potatoes, to the firm and sweet apples from the mild yet slight pungent taste from the red onions and just everything in between! Oh just absolutely fantastic. Even from the cold and the warm brought together in one meal. Fantastic. It is such a simple salad that nobody can say no. Stuck for ideas to make for dinner tonight? You MUST try this immediately, trust me, you will not regret it! I guarantee you can even get the fussiest of eaters to eat this. Oh nomnomnom.
