Spring Mix Salad

This is just an easy salad I tossed together that came together extremely well. It was refreshing, healthy and made really reminded me of the spring.

Ingredients:
  • 2 handfuls of mixed greens
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • 2 tsp chow mein noodles
  • 1 tsp feta cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp almonds
  • 6 baby carrots
  • Red onion - cut diagonally
  • Sea salt/Pepper to taste
Directions:
Toss everything in a large bowl, and serve!

Serves 2
