Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of mixed greens
- 2 stalks of green onions
- 2 tsp chow mein noodles
- 1 tsp feta cheese
- 1.5 tbsp almonds
- 6 baby carrots
- Red onion - cut diagonally
- Sea salt/Pepper to taste
Toss everything in a large bowl, and serve!
