I am aware of how horrible this image is, the lighting is absolutely dreadful, but it "sort of" shows the chickpeas off.
When I tried making these I was in a very impulsive mood so I didn't give enough time for the chickpeas to dry. They were so so so good when they came out of the oven. However, afterwords they sort of just because bluh... and by bluh what I mean is... soggy? I'm not sure they just weren't good. I picked through and found some crunchy ones, but the rest I had to throw out. This recipe is super easy to make, however, you need to make sure to give the chickpeas time to dry or else you'll be wasting your leftovers. I will definitely try this recipe again, making sure I dry them overnight next time.
