Three Different Types of Panini's

Pear Brie Prosciutto Panini

Even though I cannot eat store-bought bread, I had a craving to make panini's. We have had a panini grill for I don't know... five years or so years now and we have never used it. I had my bf and over and a friend so I decided what better time to make panini's then when you have friends over who love to eat! It was also nice, because for whatever reason we had prosciutto in the fridge, even though... I'm pretty sure it had been there forever... I mean not really but it had been a while. I made "meal" panini's, then decided to make some dessert panini's which honestly, looked so amazing, even though the picture's don't really show that.

Ingredients:

Mushroom Brie Prosciutto Panini:

Mushroom Brie Panini
  • Parsley
  • Brie
  • Prosciutto
  • Mushrooms
Pear Brie Prosciutto Panini:

Pear Brie Prosciutto Panini

  • Pears
Raspberry Brie Prosciutto Panini:

Raspberry Brie Panini
  • Prosciutto
  • Brie
  • Raspberries
Directions:

Lightly butter two pieces of bread. Flip the bread over as the buttered side will become the outside of the sandwich. Place slices of brie on one piece of bread, top with desired toppings. Place the sandwich on a preheated panini press and cook for just a few minutes or until crispy and golden brown on the outside. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Enjoy!
