I'm pretty sure I have mentioned before how much I love pancakes as well as matcha. These have got to be the best of both worlds! They were fluffy, flavourful, colourful, beautiful, tasteful everything you could ask for in a pancake. These are definitely going to be something I make over and over again. I added more matcha than stated because I love the taste so much, but it's up to you to decide how much you'd like to put. I definitely took tons of pictures, how couldn't I, look at those beauts!
