Samantha: my name is samantha (my last name is lavorato) and this is a diary of the foods I enjoy from time to time. Ontario is where I live. I enjoy writing, reading, eating, travelling, blogging and taking pictures as well. I love to buy books, journals, and tools for the kitchen. I love to make memories, and take pictures to go along with this. Some of my favourite things to do are – bike, do weights, we with my two furry kitties, and being with the special people in my life. I was vegan for a little short of one year, today, I now eat fish, but still do not eat eggs/butter/dairy (other than Greek yoghurt) - my diet is definitely one of a kind, - and I wouldn’t have it any other way. most favorite foods: sushi pineapple cantaloupe ice cream cake things with almond peanut butter and jam sandwiches oatmeal shakes/smoothies mango pistachio cashews banana kale garbanzo bean sweet potato date least favorite foods: peppers – yuck sundried tomatoes mayo
